No, Apple Cider Vinegar is not tasty... Day4

Have been taking ACV diluted with water (about 1~2 tea-spoon of ACV to a glass of water) for several days now, my first drink in the morning. It is perhaps a great detox agent; within half an hour after the drink, I've got to rush to toilet expelling my waste.. :P Other than that, I find myself more alert and easier to concentrate these few days. It is still too early to see the significant effects now.
